This blog is about working out for gaining lean muscle mass, gaining strength and generally becoming bigger, faster, stronger. ;)

Like many people, I do not put on or lose weight easily. Maybe I have a slow metabolism, maybe I’m a “hard-gainer”, maybe I’m an Ectomorph body-type. Whatever you want to call it, gaining muscle mass has always been a difficult task for me. Now, I’m experimenting with different workout techniques, different supplements and different diets to see what gets me the best results. Along the way, I’ll be keeping logs of my workouts, posting progress pics, discussing interesting fitness theories as well as cool tools and gadgets and sharing my experiences with my workout experiments for everyone to see.
